Annual Maintenance
Contract
One year Renewable Contract for maintaining the Domestic and Corporate premises.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall provide the following services to keep the
Building in good working condition.
The scope of work covers comprehensive on-site maintenance of
Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Work.
The replacement of all the minor spares is included under the
AMC. Replacement of defective minor parts will be at the Contractor’s
cost with the same brand/make that already exists at the premises. In
the event of non-availability of the same spare parts, equivalent or
higher configuration components should be substituted with the
Client’s consent. Faulty parts removed from the system belong to the
Consultant. However, the Client can retain the same and use at its
sole discretion to maintain the equipment subject to the payment of
its value to the vendor

AMC Services
Further to the services which covers under AMC

- Weathering roof shall be rectified
- Tile patchwork shall be rectified
- Minor Cracks in the Building shall be rectified
- Door Hinges, Handles, and Stopper will be rectified
- Kitchen Drainage shall be cleared by competitive technicians
- Taps shall be cleaned every 6 Months
- Kitchen wall Tiles shall be washed and cleaned every 6 Months
- Toilet Acid wash shall be carried out every 6 Months
- Any leakages in the pipes running inside the premises shall be rectified

BRONZE

Pay Annually
- 1. Cracks & Patch-up work (Walls)
- 2. Patch-up work (Weathering) (Only damaged tiles replacement)
- 3.Tightening of Door Frames if it is loose
- 4. Blocks inside the Hose Pipe in Kitchen will be cleaned or Replaced
- 5. Replacement of the damaged Taps or Spindles, Steel Jali, Gun sets
- 6. Replacement of damaged switches
- 7.Electrical Minor faults rectification such as, Replacement of fuse, changing of Tubes and Bulbs
SILVER
$110
Pay Annually
- 1. All services listed in Bronze are applicable
- 2. Kitchen Slab polishing
- 3. Rectifying the Fungus and Dampness of the wall
- 4. Bathroom Acid wash twice in a year
- 5. Rectification of Door hinges, Door stoppers and Door Altrobes (Replacement only if it is damaged)
- 6. Cross-checking of the damaged wiring and rectification
- 7. Attending minor faults in the Bore water pump
GOLD
$135
Pay Annually
- 1. All services listed in Bronze and Silver are applicable
- 2. Leakages in the overhead Tank due to any reason will be arrested by using waterproofing chemical solutions
- 3. Water Tank cleaning twice in a year
- 4. Damaged staircase steps and railing will be rectified
- 5. Loosen shutters for Doors and Windows will be rectified
- 6. Electrical Short circuits will be attended and rectified
- 7. Water logging will be dewatered and reason will be found and rectified
Disclaimer
- The above Services apply only to those who sign the contract for the period of ONE Year (Minimum) .
- Any extended requirements other than the committed service will be chargeable with minimum extra cost .
- The Services above apply ONLY to the premises used for Residential purposes. Different prices are applicable for Commercial premises.
